Bunk Bed with Stairs If any of you out there are reading this, I would love to know the main reason why you’re interested in purchasing a bunk bed with stairs?

Now, to me there are a few basic choices, as mentioned in previous articles.

1. Safety. This is a big one, of course. We want our little ones to be as safe as possible. And while I’m sure bunk beds with ladders are perfectly fine for most kids (especially after they get used to it!), a bunk bed with stairs just seems easier for kids to climb, especially smaller kids. And since they’re easier to climb, there’s less of a chance of them falling.

2. Storage. When you have multiple kids and not a lot of space, extra storage always comes in handy. Most of the stairway bunk beds have storage right in the steps. And, many of them have the option of adding storage at the bottom on the bunk bed too. So, it’s very possible that a dresser wouldn’t be needed. Which is great because the stairs do make these bunk beds a bit wider. (Make sure to measure your room before you purchase! I know that seems obvious, but it’s something I would probably forget to do. LOL.)

3. They’re just so stinkin’ fun! I have to admit that the allure of a bunk bed with stairs for me is imagining the joy and excitement on my kids’ faces when it’s all set up in their room. I can just imagine them climbing the stairs, laying on the top bunk. I imagine them so excited at night that they just giggle and talk until they finally fall asleep. I can just imagine them having a really good time.
